The Original Kushiro Ramen
This is a very light, almost plain soup. The only real taste is a light soy sauce flavour. The noodles are thin, but not as firm as I like them, and bland. The meat was not good, very tough like when my mum overcooks the Sunday roast. The menma were good and spring onions fine. I think this shop survives on its reputation as an old ramen shop serving the original Kushiro ramen but I won't be in a hurry to return.
